Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
Draft — pending professional legal review. This document is provided in good faith to describe current practices and has not yet been reviewed by an attorney. It will be updated after review.
This Privacy Policy explains how JN Core Technologies ("JN CORE TECHNOLOGIES," "we," "us") handles information when you visit jccyber.com or contact us through it. It covers this website only; services we provide to clients are governed by separate written agreements.
Information you provide
When you submit a form on this website, we receive the information you enter:
- Consultation and contact requests: your name, company name (optional), email address, phone number (optional), requested service, company size, and message. If you tick the optional newsletter box, your name and email address are also added to our email-marketing service, Hostinger Reach.
- JN CORE Privacy waitlist: your name, email address, and optional notes about your interest.
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address. It is added to our email-marketing service, Hostinger Reach, which we use to send the newsletter. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
Please do not submit passwords, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive information through our forms.
Information collected automatically
- Server and security logs. Our hosting provider processes technical information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, which is necessary to deliver and secure the website. Our own application logs record form events (for example, that a submission succeeded or was rate-limited) using a one-way hashed form of your IP address rather than the address itself, and never include the contents of your submission.
- Browser storage. If you change the light/dark display setting, your choice is stored in your browser's local storage so it is remembered on your next visit. It contains no personal information.
- No advertising or analytics tracking. This website does not currently use advertising trackers, third-party analytics services, or tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide information you request
- To prepare proposals and deliver services you engage us for
- To send JN CORE Privacy launch updates or newsletters you asked to receive
- To protect the website against spam, abuse, and security threats
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How submissions are delivered and shared
Form submissions are sent to our business email account and, where configured, to a customer-relationship-management or workflow tool we use to track requests. Newsletter email addresses are also stored in Hostinger Reach, our email-marketing provider, which may send you a confirmation email before your subscription is active. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the website and our business — for example, our website hosting and email provider — and with authorities when required by law.
Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records, and then delete it. Waitlist and newsletter information is kept until you ask to be removed or the list is discontinued. Specific retention periods will be stated here after review.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to stop sending you emails, by contacting info@jccyber.com. We may need to verify your request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), server-side validation, rate limiting, and restricted access to submitted information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
